The Basketball post is a massive 6" square and is manufactured from 3/16" steel, powder coated in black or galvanized for high humidity environments, and for added stability the pole is buried a full 40" in the ground. These basketball systems are meant to take abuse common on today's outdoor playgrounds and features a huge 60" setback from the front of the rim to the pole for maximum player safety. The backboard is made from Unbreakable Polycarbonate Plastic and features the BISO-BA32-00 Breakaway Goal with net. Pole padding and backboard padding not included, but sold separately.
