22'' x 44'' Standard Transitional Ramp Rubber Tile with Interlock Edge
More and more agencies are becoming aware of the fact that all public facilities must be accessible. With the 1991 passage of the ''Americans with Disabilities Act'' (ADA), many areas are being planned or modified to give people with accessibility challenges an opportunity to participate in everyday activities. All of our products are designed to give children and adults with or without varying mobility access to freely navigate as per ASTM's: Accessibility-Rotational Penetrometer test. A longer ADA transition ramp is available upon request for thicknesses above 2 inches.
When a wall, fence, curb, parapet or other boarding systems is not available, the complete line of transitional ramps provides everything needed to achieve the professional solution you are looking for to compliment any area, giving it a complete ''finished'' look. These transitional ramps are designed to work together, providing easy access to and from our unitary rubberized safety surfacing flooring tiles. Thick end comes with female interlocks, a butt joint (flat edge) is available upon request. Please allow up to a 1/4'' tolerances on the length and width of each ramp. Please allow the end of the ramp to have a space for proper drainage.

- Solid sub-base options: roof membrane, concrete, asphalt, or compacted crushed stone, gravel 3''-6'' thick.
