Top Coat Rubber Playground Coating seals, preserves and add new color to older poured-in-place playground safety surfaces. Ready to apply from the pail by either a roller or an airless sprayer, this water base coating dries quickly and clean up is with soap and water. Depending on surface condition, coverage ranges between 350 and 800 square feet per 5 gallon pail.
