This Double Station Glider allows two people to workout at once in an outdoor fitness setting. The textured platforms provide grip through the swinging motion of the legs while the arms grab the bars to provide balance and stability with this workout. Movements can be coordinated with a workout buddy and can also build social interactions during the physical activity. The Double Station Glider motion will work muscles in the legs and arms and shoulders, with the hands help control the movement from the top grips, for a full body cardio experience.
